Acceptance

These terms govern access to and use of the MicroSuite credit union platform, including web banking, administrative banking tools, messaging, USSD-connected services, reports, and related APIs.

By creating an account, logging in, approving transactions, or using the platform, you agree to these terms and to the rules of the credit union or institution that operates your account.

Roles and Responsibilities

MicroSuite provides technology used by credit unions and financial institutions. Your credit union remains responsible for membership decisions, account balances, loan approvals, fees, interest rates, and regulatory reporting.

You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure, using accurate information, and reporting suspected unauthorized access immediately.

Eligibility

You must be legally able to hold an account with the relevant credit union and must provide accurate identity, contact, membership, and financial information.

Junior, institutional, payroll, or staff accounts may be subject to additional approval and account-operation rules set by the credit union.

Financial Transactions

Savings, shares, deposits, withdrawals, loan repayments, disbursements, checkoff postings, reversals, and transfers are processed according to the policies of the relevant credit union.

A submitted instruction may become irreversible once approved or posted. If you notice an error, contact your credit union immediately so it can review the transaction trail.

The platform may delay, block, reverse, or flag activity where fraud, duplicate posting, AML/CFT concern, system error, insufficient approval, or legal obligation is suspected.

Loans and Credit

Loan eligibility, collateral, guarantor requirements, fees, interest, penalty rules, and repayment schedules are set by your credit union or institution.

Digital loan records, checkoff allocations, repayments, arrears, and balances are operational records. You should review loan terms before acceptance and raise discrepancies promptly.

Acceptable Use

You must not use the platform for fraud, money laundering, unauthorized access, impersonation, false records, malware, credential sharing, scraping, or attempts to bypass approval controls.

Administrative users must only access records needed for their assigned duties and must not export, disclose, or modify member data without a valid operational reason.

Security Controls

MicroSuite uses authentication, role-based access control, audit logs, encrypted transport, session controls, and operational monitoring to protect the platform.

Security controls do not remove your obligation to secure your device, email, phone number, OTPs, and login credentials.

Privacy and Data Protection

Use of the platform is also governed by the Privacy Policy, which explains the personal data collected, legal bases for processing, retention periods, data subject rights, cookies, and complaint routes.

Where GDPR or other data protection laws apply, optional cookies and non-essential communications must be handled through consent controls and data subject rights requests.

Suspension

Access may be suspended or restricted where required by law, regulator request, institutional instruction, fraud concern, credential compromise, unpaid obligation, or breach of these terms.

Suspension of platform access does not cancel outstanding loan, savings, share, fee, tax, or reporting obligations.

Changes

We may update these terms when laws, products, controls, integrations, or operational policies change. Material changes should be communicated by email, in-app notice, or other reasonable channel.

The version shown on this page is the current published version for the platform.
